The overall structure of the website looks great. You have included almost everything

required. All pages have clear purposes and are well organized. The homepage can have another navigation bar below the text to enhance navigability but may not be necessary depending on you. Also from my aesthetic perspective, the engineering picture on your home page can be placed in a better position, as where it right now looks a bit awkward to me. You can try making it as the background for your texts above, lowering its opacity to increase readability if possible. But again, this is entirely up to you.

One thing you should try improving is your Gannt chart under the documents page, as I

can hardly read anything from it. If it is compressed by the website automatically due to its size, one approach you can try (if you haven’t) is to upload the chart as a jpg or png file rather than uploading the pdf file to your website directly.

I worked really hard on making sure the sight was organized and in logical order so I am glad others can realize that as well :)

I will change the look of the background picture on my homepage, thank you this insight. I was struggling attaching the Gannt chart to my website as we made it as a Microsoft excel document and I realized it is difficult to alter the appearance to fit a pdf. I will attempt uploading that as a jpg/png instead, thanks for the suggestions!

We have created and shared the optimized schedule for SafeChat to staff their advocates and shared our findings, as requested. We are waiting for responses from the google form that my team made to gather more data and have a better insight on optimal staffing hours. We will use this to polish up the optimized schedule we created to have staff available as the user's needs fits.
