Optimized Schedule

With the access to SafeChats google analytics and using the data collected over the past 90 days, I was able to create an excel document of the optimal scheduling for their chat advocates. While creating this, I took into account the most popular times of online chats as well as when the website has the most traffic. Using this information, I found the times when support is most needed and thus, when the advocates should be staffed. The current hours of the chat's operation are Mon-Fri 10am-12am.





Optimal Chat Staff Schedule:

Monday

​9am - 5pm

Tuesday

​10am - 8pm

Wednesday

9am - 5pm

Thursday

9am - 8pm

Friday

​10am - 5pm

Generalized Optimal Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 8pm
